We were passing through late at night, and stayed at the hotel next door. There were 7 of us(5 kids), and the server never batted an eye. When you go places with kids people often seem annoyed, but she greeted us with a smile. She spoke to my kids so kindly, and told me my 6yr.old was cute. We came close to closing time, and still got exceptional service. The food was great, service was a 20/10!!

Great lunch experience. After reading so many negative reviews, I am pleasantly surprised. Had Irish bangers, mashed potatoes. Good food, not great. Excellent service. Short wait, there was only 4 other tables. Priced right at 7.99. I'll be back!

Was in yesterday with great service, came back today but had feedback on yesterdays lunch. Jennifer today was attentive, had great report, and took my feedback with positivity and an outlook of making it right. She inquired with the kitchen staff and came back with a resolution. She talked with pride of her employer and job, and had a great attitude. Employees who can accept criticism, look for a resolution, and be professional the whole time is what any good business strives for. You've got a keeper Big 10. Thanks again Jennifer

We had a large group and had Jordan as our waitress, she was AMAZING!! She was on top of all our drinks and we ordered a lot of appetizers along with everyone ordering a meal as well. She was running her tail off and was fantastic!! Thank you, Jordan for putting up with all of our craziness!!

Oh my. I've eaten here twice. The food was, simply put, PHENOMENAL. The waitresses were both attentive and quick. The food arrived really fast. The garlic breaded cheese curds are to die for. The Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese bites are also excellent. My first trip, I had the big 10 signature burger, and it was awesome. The second night, I chose the Ribeye, and it was one of the best steaks I've ever tasted. If I'm ever back in Columbus, NE for a meal, I'm definitely coming back. I would highly recommend this establishment. Thanks!

First time stopping in. Did not think they had anything healthy but surprisingly they did! Salmon and vegetables was good. Katie my server did an amazing job despite the fact that she got absolutely slammed out of nowhere tonight. Great job and I will definitely be back!
